Although this product comes with one year warranty, but got problems in first month only in membrane and after repeated calls to support and service center, this was not replaced. They are focused only on selling not on service and customer satisfaction.
Even after complaint the dealer replaced membrane with a local membrane. When I submitted complain on kent website I got a call from their Delhi office to solve this ASAP, but after repeated followups got no response either from their corporate team, jaipur office and local dealer. I should have opted for a local RO product to avoid this waste of money and time.
