You're correct Alok. I suffered the same issue during warranty period and followed up with them quite a lot. This was not resolved and replaced till date. Don't buy and recommend

I think the motto of Kent is to sell products and earn money, they don't care about customers. Also there is no point in talking to ASM or even higher - they are not focused on service and in my opinion not even trained to focus on service.
