Interesting followup, pathetic service

I’m an unfortunate customer of Kent, 11039 in late 2017.


Please correct me if I’m wrong. The basic functionality of the product is to reduce water TDS and unfortunately it wasn’t doing so when I checked with samples from inlet and outlet. I reported a complaint on 03/08/2018 and I received a bunch of SMS with the details like complaint number, possible date of attendance and even the name and contact number for the service engineer. Sadly, no service engineer has attended the issue and I received another message informing the service was completed successfully on 07/08/2018 and it was even asking for feedback of service. I called up the engineer Mr. Chethan and he said he will come immediately. But nobody came till date.


I called up the customer care again after a week and informed about the spectacular followup even without attending the service. The executive said he will immediately arrange someone. But I’m still waiting for an engineer. I re-registered the complaint today, even received a bunch of SMS.


Would you mind taking this product back? I’m not asking to return my money, you can keep it.
