We had one of the worst food in recent times at KFC CMH road Bangalore. We were late this Sunday and had to grab a quick bite. So instead of heading to Pizza hut which is our regular staple for Sunday we headed into KFC which is just below. The food was straight pathetic this time. The chicken patty in the ‘Zinger’ burger is not at all cooked. Only the outer skin is crunchy but inside it is still fleshy and smelly. Also in another chicken wrap I got a feather in it. Then the restroom was closed. We couldn’t wash our hands. The water tap they have was not working. So we couldn’t drink water after our meal which was anyway horrible. They are forcing us to have the pesticide infested cola’s.
Having experienced such bad taste earlier too in other restaurants. I did not complain, as the management will take no action anyway.
In Bangalore there are no shortage of customers, no matter what you serve or what your service levels are. So if one customer goes they will not have a problem with their profitability or turnover.
I will not go to back to KFC in India for life. In US we used to really enjoy KFC without any such issues.
