I was very happy to find a kid toy portal online when I first visited kidzoba. The website as such is very neat with all the modern features. It has got filters to filter the product according to your need and to sort the product price etc which is like any other standard online websites like amazon or flipkart.
So with great enthusiasm I ordered an remote control toy car for my 3 yr old son costing about 1500 rupees. Also one more feature I liked that they had given me the option of COD(Cash on delivery) for this product. I was even happy to promptly get their telephone call to confirm my purchase order and the customer service guy told me that I would receive my order within the next 3/4 working days. I was really impressed but alas my impression did not last long. After waiting for 8 full days when I still did not receive the toy I was really upset since I had promised my kid that he wud get his favorite toy. So with some frustration I called them to enquire about the product. Alas my fears turned out to be true, the customer center executive told me that the product is OUT OF STOCK, even though the portal at that very moment was showing it as IN STOCK. Looks like they have some serious backend issues synchronizing their portal with the warehouse stocks.
So one thing I was happy about was that I was saved the trouble of going through the refund cycle since I had made it C-O-D, otherwise I wonder if they would have even refunded my money easily or maybe for that too they would have made me call them a dozen times. God knows !!!
Thinking the first one to be just my hard luck, I again ordered a different set of products this time and this time I checked with the guys and they told me its in stock too. You may call me crazy but then I thought I should give it one more try and as you could have guessed by now it was action replay of my first transaction.This time too they said they will not repeat the mistake but inspite of all the promises they are not shipping the product. So by all means I guess this too is not in stock.
So guys beware of this site KIDZOBA, buy at your own risk, for you may never receive the goods that you paid for.
