Ahhh the wonder of wonders was watching Hritik acting as a VII class dude! Hey he did a convincing job here. And with pretty one sided dimpled (like my wife, same side dimple) Piety Zinta keeping him company dancing and smiling...oh what fun!
Uncle Roshan the scientist....he found the Space Ship...and died! Funny. He had to die coz who else will direct the rest of the film, huh? Smart man.
His wife aunty Rekha, oh now she such a nice graceful mother to Hritik. She fights for his dignitiy and how! He is a slow learner..... big boy with small brain. I am big boy with no brains. No probs !.

I loved the seven frens of Hrithik playing basketball. and dancing and singing in New Zealans/Switzerland and Kasauli. And how they won the basketball match! ! Flying in the air and the cute Jadoo in a FUNNY GUNNY BAG doing tricks for them!
The dishum dhishum shots were fun. Motor cycle guys versus scooter kids. Even I had a scooter like that. Only it had three wheels. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
Then big policeman and big big Govt officers and scientists looking for Jadooo and capturing him! Big folks are bad folks. Remember when we were kids how we hated big folks and teachers? Even I went to boarding school too. Oh....how I hated Miss Braganza and Father Shock! Like that hateful Computer Class teacher. Bad man! Bad Miss! Always beating me with foot ruler!
And oh the cute Jaaaaaaaadoooooooooo!!!!!!!! The big big Space ship! How he came how he went away! Tears in heaven , when Jadoooo went. I cried for Jaaaadoooo! Even my wife she cried! Sniff...sniff...
Songs.....ahhh what lovely numbers...the first song was too good, in the rain, the anti gravity dance. Newton go take a walk.......and MAGIC MAGIC kyaaa dancing and kyaa beats! Uncle Rajesh Roshan aap ke saaareee gaane bahut acchee lage! Just like and better than Kaho Naa Pyaaar Hai!
And Uncle Rakesh Roshan....thank you for resureccting Hrithik bhai from a one movie wonder to a two movie wonder.
And now I fast forward Mariner2 to 2003...........is it worth it? No........
