On the whole a nice range of products & I buy quite often from them, but the quality is a bit of a lottery. The branded stuff you can be safe but the unheard of brands - buy at your own peril.
Bought a pair of’Mawi’ earrings for about?800, apparently she’s some trendy new designer. Trendy she may be, but the quality of the product is absolutely pathetic. The earrings broke into 2 pieces after 1 use & into 3 after the second. Shocking considering the price. Did write to customer service but they just replied that it was way past replacement or return times.
