I bought this basic model for our office from EZONE, Dr. Rajkumar Road, Rajajinagar, Bangalore last month. We are using it just for re-heating food and for preparing coffee/Tea. Although the design is old-fashioned, it serves its purpose. I am not a fan of too many buttons and operations just for a simple process of heating food or boiling milk for few minutes.
I liked its simplicity as it has no confusing buttons to press or LED displays to read and comprehend. There is one turn knob each for heat settings and timer. I did not spend too much time at the store to rate the showroom, it took them about 10 mins to prepare the bill and we were out in about 20 mins.
So far, with multiple users it has not broken down, therefore, I can’t comment on the after-sales service. If you are looking for something simple for a cheap price this is it!
