Hello Guys, He removed air bubbles by the following simple technique: 1) you fix your upper cartridge and fill the upper reservoir with water as usual. 2) After filling it, detach the upper cartridge but keep it submerged in water in the reservoir and just bring it to upright position in water. Only way to teach a lesson to such dealers is to sue them in consumer courts. We need to bring in a revolution in the consumer world if we need better service. GEEYEM
