Just wanted to give my feedback on Kotak Mahindra Bank. I must say its truly amazing. I have this pro saving account with them and I get to access any ATM’s free of charge. they service was awsome. to give you an example of my experience. well I had issued a check for the amount of 3000 Rs only. and as usual it was the end of month so my funds fell short. and did not realize it. however when the check came for clearing the bank called me and asked me if I could deposit 500 rs which was the shortfall so that they could process the check. they requested me to do it before 2 pm . I said that I was at work and unable to make it to the bank. and what happend after that amazed me... they have home banking also.
And said that they will send an official to pick up the money.. they do this serivce for amount more than 5000 I think. but they made an exception for me cos I was with them for long and have always had a good balance record with them.. execot this month as I had some other expences.. I was truly amazed.. my check finaly went through and I did not get any bounce charges nor was they a negetive entry on my account.. is that world class banking or what... you decide... I guess ever one has their own experience , and for me.Kotak is the BEST!!!!!!!!!! keep it up Kotak Mahindra Bank... ya’ll are going to be # 1 Soon...........
