I have been seeing this site for companies reviews and for the first time writing review for my current company. KGS is a support center for KPMG US. You will end up doing back end processing for KPMG US. Work culture is worst. Long hours. You will come at 10 and leave at 12 in the night every day including weekends. If you go to Sr. Management with your issue. It will result in nothing. They don’t bother. However, if you are not generating great hours they will screw you like anything.
Advise for you:
If you are impressed by great brand like KPMG then join KPMG India. there you will find learning and great work culture. KGS is not KPMG India.
If you are happy with your work and joining KGS for salary, trust me you will be at loss. Calculate per day salary in your current company and calculate per day of salary in kgs considering u r working for 12 hours in kgs.
A big no for married or family person. However, if you don’t have wife or family you can join here.
and not to forget. KGS have shift timing of 11 to 8.
Advise for Senior Management:
Clearly tell Candidate who gonna join KGS the purpose why KGS was established and how their life gonna be once they join.
