I travelled on 6the feb from bangalore to devakottai in KPN

The bus driver was very rude, KPN officially kept on calling the driver via passenger mobile phones to pick some new seats and made the bus to stop frequently for 30 min, 1hr etc.
Driver was driving very rash and high speed. He was taking his anger on passenger by driving on hups at full speed. All passengers were not able to sleep. He kept on applying brakes or accelerate at high speed which was very uncomfortable.
He kept the AC at chilling cold. In spite of my request he did not decrease it. All passengers kept quit and adjusted to his rude behaviour.
One lady with two kids requested for stop on the way but he made her to get down at far away place. Whereas other travels give stop.
He did not give stops for toilets also.
I will not take KPN in future.
I think KSRTC is better than any other travels.
Advice: don’t use KPN . They may indulge in accident. Drivers are rude.
