I have a bad experience with this website. I paid course fees over a month ago, yet I still have no access to the course, nor is my money refunded.
I paid Rs.4950/- for learntoday.in’s online content writing course. The money was paid through netbanking. As per the FAQ on their site, I’m supposed to instantly get access to the course materials when I pay through netbanking. Yet, that never happened although the money got successfully debited, as confirmed by ICICI bank. I wrote to their team both at info@learntoday.in and help@learntoday.in, with screenshots of the payment made. They responded only once by email and then called me. They asked for my password to see what the problem was! Shouldn’t they have access to my account on their website without asking me for the password?! That explained their competency levels. Anyway, nothing happened with that call and since then, I have not received any further communication from them despite multiple emails from my side. Messages sent to their facebook page has not got a single reply so far.
Finally in desperation I got hold of some emails from India today group(their so called parent org) - wecare@intoday.com and vijay.bhatt@mailtoday.in. These people had no clue about my problem and told me to wait 3-4 weeks for my’subscription’!. And after that, they too stopped replying to my further mails. Now I have couriered a letter to Manoj Sharma India today business head for action on this matter.
Very disappointing, unprofessional and I’m only praying that their organisation is not a scam.
