Movies have been my love since a kid. I grew up with the ambition to be an actor famosa. Dunno why or how but today I prefer being a spectator - watch movies and appreciate them than to be inside the play field giving the Shahrukh Khans & Aamirs a run for their money :)

In Hollywood, Denzel Washington, Jim Carrey, Meryl Streep, Jodie Foster & the like are my favs. In Bollywood, Shahrukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan & Kajol are some of ’em. And in Malayalam cinema, I love to watch the M & Ms - Mohanlal & Mammotty. Even Jayaram & Dileep are class acts. Among the actresses, Manju Warrier was heavenly but she ain’t there now. Hope she comes back with a bang.

There are two kinds of movies that I love - one that maybe devoid of logic but is a paisa-vasool entertainer (eg: Bruce Almighty, Dumb & dumber, Home Delivery, Maine Pyar kyun kiya, Salaam Namaste, Koi Mil Gaya...) and the one that are serious & inspiring (eg: Cinderella Man). Then there are some that entertains & inspires too - like Iqbal.
