Fairy Tale like story about an above-average blonde bombshell, Elle Wood (Reese Witherspoon) who is madly in love with A rich Senator’s son, Warner (Mathew Davis). Warner rejects her as he feel she is not too smart for him. Elle decided to join the same college as Warner and she gets admission in To Harvard Law under extraordinary circumstances. There she finds out that he is already engaged to Vivian (Selma Blair). This inspires Elle to study harder and get that much sought out internship in the state’s best law firm headed by Professor Callahan (Victor Garber). The first case during the internship is the murder of a man by her fitness instructor wife, Brooke (ali Carter). Though Brooke pleads not guilty, no one except Elle believes her. Very very predictible film. Though some of the one liners are amusing and there is the hilarious scene where Emmet (Luke Wilson) cross examines a gay witness, the movie on the whole is not a great movie. Very typical popcorn entertainment movie. Watch it only if you have a date.
