The staff at Lenskart frequently changes and everytime you visit their store you will see new faces. They have no knowledge about their products. I have had very bad experience with Lenskart. They have very poor quality lenses made from cheap chinese plastic as you can notice from the transparency of the lens.
I had to replace my spects many times, as they were not able to make perfect spects for me, a multiple times. Either there was issue of centring or lens power. Even when I ordered a repeat of the previous product, they are now lingering upon the delivery date. They keep changing the delivery date. I do not lnow what is the reason. May be they do not have ready stocks or may be they do not have enough staff to execute vthe orders. Then why commit a delivery date when you cannot honour the same.
Even the Lenskart eye test is very bad. I had to get my eye tested 4-5 times and at all times their result was different. I had to finally take second opinon from another optician and then showed Lenskart thir report and finally they made proper spects on power based on the other optician’s test report.
I do not know how this company is being allowed to function in this country, and posing a health hazard to Indian citizens. They are playing with the eyesights of thousands of Indians.
Their operations shoiuld be stopped immediayteely.
