I had placed an order on 10 days back. Soon the mails started triggering with the status updates, and very next day they send a mail with status "Item Shipped"
Now, on 30th, passing 10 days, I have no clue about the product! I tried to contact the courier partner and was not getting a proper response. I could find the item reached Bangalore, from the tracking page, but the courier partners customer care is not even ready to inform me where it reached or an expected day of delivery!
I have contacted the Lenskart cust care two days back I got the following "ready made" response.
"Your product should be delivered in 24-48 hrs
We sincerely apologize for the way you are feeling right now. Your feedback is extremely crucial and the same shall be shared with the relevant authorities in order to bring changes, wherever possible. We do look forward to turn around your negative experience into a happy one.
However, I will forward a request right away to the concern team to prioritize the same so that your product can be delivered at the earliest."
After 2 days, today I have contacted them again, and as expected I got the same response!
As I was doing first purchase with them, luckly I have opted for COD, thus I managed to save my money!
Product quality: No comments on it, as I have not received the product!
Final Verdict: If you don’t mind spending some time on choosing the items form their website and order it knowing the chances of getting the product in hand is 50-50 but not surely for near future, you can bu from it.:)
My First and Last purchase from them, for sure!
