I ordered for a pair of reading glasses with a discount coupon.As their average delivery time is 3-5 days I pointed out that in their chat that the order is still in process on the 3rd day. With in 2 hours I got call from them informing the shipment particulars (although it is sent through mail and SMS). The delivery took place on 4th day and I got a call from them for confirmation and feed back. I really appreciate their responsiveness and the quality of the product is also more than my expectations.
I got few more discount coupons with this order and looking ahead to shop with them again.
