I am looking for a DTH provider whose STB converts the signal to 60HZ so that it works for NTSC Tvs . I heard that D2H HD DVR has that option . Will you confirm taht

1. I understand that the billing address and the address customer's with the Bank should match. That could be the reason for the red flag in CCAvenue payment. 2. Expectation of order, calcellation and repayment with in 8 days is too optimistic
