LSB-672445 order is still not dispatched

My name is Ashish Sharma. I have ordered the following products on 30th November 2011 from Letsbuy.com through Credit Card EMI. My order number was LSB-672445

  1. Micromax Bling2

Free: Trendy carry case inside the box(Delivery Time - 4 to 7 Working Days)

  1. Transcend MicroSD Card 8GB Class 2 TS8GUSDC2(Delivery Time - 2 to 4 Working Days)

  2. Panasonic EH NE42 Hair Dryer(Delivery Time - 6 to 8 Working Days)

I recevied the order shipment on 3rd December 2011 as a Partial Shipment and Micromax Bling2 Mobile was not delivered to me. I immedietely called their customer care number and I Have been told that the remaining product will be shipped with in a week time.


Since then I have called them numerous of time and spent a lot of my money but each time I have been assured for the next 24-48 hours for delivery of the product and at the same time I have been assured on email as a reply of my mails, but the extreme condition started from 29th December 2011, when I have been told that the product is in our stock now as on 26th December and we will ship this by today or by tomorrow. But then once again I did not received any call from their side and even did not get the product. Then I once again called them on 1st January 2012 and I have been told that today is sunday so please call again tomorrow. Then I once again called them on 2nd January 2012 and now I was quite shocked that the product is not still in their stock and they are procuring this. This means I was committed false on 29th December. On 2nd January I have been committed to get the shipment in this week time.


I once again called them on 4th January to get the status and this time I got a quite new reply that we have the product in our stock and due to technical problem we could not ship the product. I asked that girl that what is the technical problem I want to know, she said that she could not tell that.


I hope I have been told this because I have a point that I am not getting this product since last once month but they still have the option to Buy now on their website. How can they still not show out of stock on their website for the product that they could not deliver to an existing order.


She also told me to arrange a callback from their Supervisor or concerned authorities for this but till today I did not get any call. I also sent them 3 mails since day before yesterday but these guys are not willing to give any reply though.


This shows a complete case of fraud in terms of they are still taking new orders for the same products which they could not deliver against an existing order. Also apart from this this online shopping company is not willing to reply customer emails and look after the problem of the same while other sites are delivering the same product.


I already paid the first installment of my products to my credit card company and still I am not haing this product in my hand. Now I need my complete retrun of all products. I dont want any product fromt his company plus the expenses of my time, my mobile calls and the mental torture that I get from these guys by making false commitments and providing false informations each time.


I would suggest all to not to buy any product from these guys even once I suggested this website to my whole company and the complete purchasing from my company is over 3 lacs but still they are not treating my complaint.


I have also filed a complaint against them on https://consumercourt.in and being a software engineer I am also creating a website which will have all the bad reviews against these guys and that could be seen at the top of Google Search as I will do the SEO of this new website myself.


I am not getting any reply from these guys even they promised many times. So now it is the time to fight and I will do this the best way. Even tomorrow i.e. 9/1/2012 I will file a case against them in the consumer court.


Thank you Letsbuy Team and please don’t reply the pre-defined messages as you guys are doing in each post. I need my product that’s it. Either give it or the condition will be very bad for you.
