Worst Custmoer Service I've ever seen

I’ve given a pre-order for Uncharted-3 on 12th October, order# LSB-473568. The game was released on 1st Nov. and till now, I didn’t get. I sent so many mails, they don’t reply properly, if you send a dozen they reply for 1 after 3 to 4 days. I’ve called them as many times as the days gone, they don’t even answer at least for first 10 to 15 mins. They just tells that they were forwarding the request to superior team, don’t know if that even exists.


What does their mean of Pre-orders? Just deliver after 15 days(or more?)?


I chosen the wrong estore this time. I am just frustrated with their careless service.


Guys, wake up. Be aware of buying anything from this store. You will loss money and mainly time calling them. Worst service I’ve ever seen of my life so far.  I will update if they ever send my order anytime.


PS:(17/11/2011) Finally they have cancelled my order after many request mails and waste calls. I hope their refund service is not as bad as they do. I’ve lost my time and money on calling them for a simple pre-order.  I’ll never go to this store anytime in the future. Let me see how many days this refund process go on.
