I am not sure how the ratnakar bank people were selling the health insurances without actually explaining the t&c. as Mr. kolarkrishnamurthy said, some companies do increment once in 5 yrs and some do yearly, like what MaxBupa is doing. The refund has been credited to my account a while back. Refund service is faster than shipping, if the shipment, product quality, and customer care response is good then, one should definitely go for letsbuy store, which is not quite so far.

Friend, you have done really good job by purchasing as COD. I've paid last month 12th for Uncharted 3 game, and till now I didn't get my order :). I lost my time/money calling... Worst service..
