Today I recd a call from Letsbuy after I spent half an hour on the support # (which I paid for at STD rate) only to be informed that the product is out of stock and they will cancel my order. This is utterly disgusting. Unaccountable, irresponsible people are managing things at Letsbuy. Now I dont know when I will receive my money back although I have to pay my bank. I hope that people realise that dealing with Letsbuy is no longer a safe option.


Even after their recent acquisition by Flipkart, there seems to be no change in the way they manage. It is exactly at the extreme opposite in terms of delivery, customer service as compared to Flipkart.


Orders LSB-980495. Order placed on April 10, 2012. Amount debited to my card and due in my current statement. Still no sign of the product. They claim some "uncontrollable circumstances" which is not acceptable. Spoke to customer care, the product is now "out of stock" - the same thing they did with my phone order. Expect the product to be delivered at the earliest.


Surprising thing is that I ordered a game from flipkart on Sunday and received it today :)


To begin with, I have been buying from various cyber retailers for more than 3 years now. Like an early bird & nobody has disappointed me yet. It was the same with Letsbuy.com. I had a pleasant ride until my order for Xperia neo V on 16 Nov, 2011. I received the product only after the intervention/assistance from somebody (who I assume to be with some authority/responsibility @ Letsbuy). I won’t name anyone on a public forum though. I am thankful to the person for finally getting my product delivered on 1 Dec, 2011. Overall, I would say that as far as Letsbuy keeps offering me better deals & assures a minimum level of service which I expect, they have my business. It is nothing personal after all, it’s purely business. You can go ahead and buy at Letsbuy.
