i couldn't agree more. they messed up my shipping and then claim as if they are doing me a favor by 'waiving or writing off' the wrongly charged duties. even after giving them the invoice and every damn detail, they overcharge under the guise of duties.

i have updated my review... think mouthshut can do better to have multiple reviews because the review looks like a mess now... but i had no other option. they messed it up big this time. it was only after 10-11 days that the status for the product i ordered was changed to ''out of stock''. dont know read more...

i couldnt agree more with you. am in the same situation. their agents are bloody rude. have no sense of dealing with customers. my package is not yet delivered. even asks me to contact shipper, says they know our policy.

i agree with you. the lazy people have done the same thing with my package. it wouldnt take more than 30-45 minutes to deliver the package from their Andheri hub to my house at Dahisar and they have not been able to deliver it for 2 days. bastards!!!! their agents tells me it is a ''normal'' deliver read more...
Opinion? Anyone can just take a cue from all the reviews/experiences shared here, I am not here to just give a fair idea of what dealing with Letsbuy has been like. Apart from the awful time for my Xperia order, it has been wonderful. They have 2 orders from me after my Xperia was delivered.
