I WOULD RECCOMEND PEOPLE TO NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LETSBUY.COM.
In India fraud company like Letsbuy.com creates such impression that people won’t prefer to buy anything online.
Go through the the below communication held with Letsbuy.com and I am still struggling to to resolve the matter.
Dear Concern,
Subsequent to my visit to your Gurgaon office on 15.02.12. I met Mr.Sayed Sifat and conveyed the same again, which was mentioned in below trail mail. He assured me that he will call me back with the solution.
I have been forced to visit your office all the way from Ranchi(Jharkhand) to Gurgaon(Haryana) to claim against the order number either full refund or replacement of Samsung Tab 730 which original seal was tampered with and also to claim NOKIA C202 phone hand set.

What I had complained for?
After receiving the Samsung Tab 730 on Dated 10.03.2012, I called up your customtakeouter care and spoke to Mr.Letin and informed Free NOKIA handset C202 was not there in the packet and asked for the full refund. Letsbuy outer packet packing was ok but the original seal of the Samsung TAB was tampered so I thought it might be-you check the device and content before despatching.
You Answered.
No such free Nokia Handset offer was there with SAMSUNG GALAXT TAB 730 at the time of placing the order.
On the above - My query!
Why such blunt reply, without checking the fact?

You answered by email on 12.03.2012 stating that you will get back to you on this.
Again I got a email from you on 13.03.2012 stating issue has been forwarded to Cconcerned team via complaint ref: CC120349745.
On the above - My query!
Why I had to prove myself by sending screen shot?
What would happen, if I would had not saved the screen shot before placing an order to you?

What I had complained for?
I came to your office all the way from order despatch address Ranchi(Jharkhand) to Gurgaon(Haryana) and met Mr.Sayed Sifat.
Narrated the whole issue, he assured me he will get back to me after some time and he sounded quite reasonable after seeing the screen shot about the Nokia offer, also enquired if I can upgrade the product by paying difference amount for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 730 with Samsung Galaxy Tab 750. I had done the query for the by email at customtakeouter care regarding the modification in order on 07.03.2012.
You Answered
Received the call same day from Mr.Sayed, he assured me that I will get the handset. But refused to upgrade with Samsung Galaxy Tab 750. At the same time I have been asked by Mr.Sayed if the seal are intact of the Samsung Tab.
On the above - My query!
Why your call center executive refused about the freebees?
Why Mr.Sayed gave the reason about the technical fault and why he said freebees we generally we send after three days from the dare of despatch on main product?
Why it is not mentioned anywhere in the website, while processing the order?

Dated: 16.03.2012 Received the call again from Mr.Sayed and I have been asked by him about the seal of the Samsung Tab. I conveyed him seal was already tampered when I opened the letsbuy packing. He refused to replace and the reason he gave that you should have mentioned this initially.
Altogether he refused to upgrade the same.
On the above - My query!
First of all seal of Samsung Tab was actually tampered with.
Let’s put it in a different way -
I placed an order with the free Nokia offer and when I didn’t received the free thing in the packet - why I should not think - may be the free nokia set you will despatch in a day or two and I should open the packet and I actually did like this only, however the seal of the TAB box was already tampered.
I received his call but it was pure sales gimmick and I am not at all satisfied.
