BAD service Mr CEO, we cant trust Letsbuy anymore.

I recently purchased fujifilm finepix HS10( on 26th of july around 11pm), I got confirmation call on 27 morning from +9111 40808833, Sweet female voice from the other end disconnected the call saying "thank you sir. your order is ready to be processed "

everything was fine till then.


I was expecting my shipment tracking reference #( as they ship through Aramex) on 27, but did not recieve any mail regarding the shipment,   so I called Customer care 011 40808888, on 28 july and spoke with third person, as the first two calls got disconnected automatically. I enquired when they are going to ship the product, and the fool from other end replys.


" Sir your item has delivery time of 4-7 days, so we cant initialize the delivery process before the 4-7 days"


What if they initialize on 7th day… Well I don’t understand .   Don’t THEY HAVE ANY ONE IN THE TEAM WITH AT LEAST MIN BRAIN POWER.


NEWAYS I WOULD NEVER SHOP IN FUTURE WITH LETSBUY.COM & IF I DON’T GET THE ITEM WITHIN THE SAID TIME, I AM PLANNING TO PUBLISH ON NEWS PAPERS,   NETWORKING SITES.


IT WOULD TAKE FEW MINUTES AS I RUN WEB-DESIGNING AND DEVELOPMENT BUSINESS.


I AM EXPECTING THEIR FOLLOW UP CALL, ATLEAST AFTER THEY READ THIS.


AFTER READING REVIEWS FROM OTHER USERS, I AM ALSO WORRIED ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT AND NOT SURE IF THEY WOULD SEND ME FREEBIES ALONG WITH THE PRODUCT.

Jul 29, 2011 11:06 PM 30 mins after posting on Mouthshut, I recieved calls from letsbuy.com(+911140808870, +911140808833) but I could not recieve the call as I was Driving.

Well apologies don’t count in corporate world,


I just wanted to know the reason behind your delay in initializing the shipment, Is is because that you are OUT OF STOCK,


As far as my knowledge is concerned, shipment time refers to TIME TAKEN BY COURIER SERVICE TO DELIVER SHIPMENT,


but in your case it is opposite it is TIME TAKEN BY YOUR COMPANY TO INITIALIZE SHIPMENT.


I am Disappointed using Letsbuy for first time. Impressing me is IN YOUR HANDS.
