I shop regularly online and have used ebay, flipkart. homeshop18.


I tried out letsbuy.com its been the worse experience of my online shopping history.


Ordered a product on 07 Nov 2011 and its 15 nov 2011, and there is still no movement on the order. The status is always shown as "in process".


Calls to the helpline put you in a queque for atleast 10-15 mins and even after you speak to them all you get is a vague assurance.


The refund situation is even terrible than the delivery situation. After waiting for 10-15 for the product to come to you, if you want to cancel the order, they will take another 7-10 days to do it.


I am cursing myself for not placing the order with flipkart. They have the same product available and I am sure I would have got it within 48 hours.


Anyway, I have no choice bu to wait for either the product or my money, which ever comes first. And I have no trust that either will come anytime soon.


So my advice would be to avoid letsbuy.com and save yourself a lot of frustration.
