17 Nov, after another frustrating experience on the helpline, I have been told that the product is out of stock and if I want a refund, it will take 10 days. end of story, thank you very much! what am i supposed to do now?

hi, I guess I will try the FB route as well. One more frustrating day has gone by with no reverts on e-mail or on the helpline. I agree, you did a very sensible thing by opting for COD. I am stuck with them as I have paid them already. I have no hope of getting either the product or the refund. Better stick to flipkart for future.
