CEO Hitesh Dhingra - A Comprehensive Review.

Order:  LSB-473-665


I ordered a Panasonic air conditioner on October 11, 2011, and today it is November 15, 2011.  Guess what, Hitesh, I’m still waiting on my air conditioner.  Now, this would be okay if I hadn’t read reviews ahead of time, and went ahead and called customtakeouter care to verify that this product is in stock.  I verified it with one of your incompetent, robot reps, who told me that it is in stock and would be dispatched within 3 days.  I doubt you can count, Hitesh, but it has been more than 3 days.


So, let’s take this further.  I patiently waited until after Diwali to even call and ask about the status.  At this time, I was informed that the red A/C I had ordered was not available, but that a gold colored one was.  Mind you, your incompetent company did not call me to offer an alternative, but I had to call and ask, at which time I was offered.  I agreed, since it would be dispatched in 2 days!


GOD DAMN, Hitesh, I didn’t receive any info on the shipment of the A/C, so I had to call myself again, at which time I was told that the gold was not available, but the red was, so again I agreed to receive the red, which would be dispatched in 2 days.


Well, Hitesh, I bet you guessed it already.  It didn’t ship.


Since then I have called back daily, and wasted about 500 rupees of my own, only to be lied to and deceived over and over again.


Let me tell you the names of the liars you hire(you know what they say, Hitesh, "you surround yourself by people who are just like you").  So, you’re obviously oblivious and unethical also.

And the best, your supervisor, LITON!  Boy, he’s a gentleman!  He promised me callbacks, along with promises of dispatching my air conditioner from a warehouse in Bangalore!  He even claimed that he went all the way from Gurgaon to Delhi to check if my A/C was in stock!  You guessed it again, Hitesh, all of the promises from a "gentleman" went unfulfilled!  Wow, Hitesh, you hire pathological liars and cheats just like you!  Who would have thunk it!


I urge each consumer who reads this to please, please remember these names, and listen for them when you call LetsBuy.com.  They have all lied and betrayed hundreds of consumers, and continue to do so at this very moment.  I urge you to confront them, and make sure they know that their names and characters have been published for all to see.  This is how we take back the consumer market, instead of giving it away to these animals!


Hitesh, let me give you a piece of advice.  If you continue to treat consumers like credit cards, then it is soon going to bite you in the arse.


There are hundreds of negative reviews about your site, Hitesh, and I can guarantee you that someone(if not me) will have the ability to take your company down in a great public defamation.


This is not how to treat consumers.  This is not how to treat human beings, and you are essentially stealing from us, and then lying.  You’ve held my 26, 000 rupees for 6 weeks now.  I am a busy man, and I don’t have time to go out and shop for these things, so I rely on my tablet and the internet to make purchases.  So, after waiting for 6 weeks, it’s a bit hard for me to ask for a refund, because honestly, I don’t have many other options in online shopping.  I am a doctor here in Vadodara, and let me tell you that ethchandru021y, what you’re doing is inhumane, and it’s a shame that human beings like you exist in the world today.  You might as well be put in the same prison as all of the con-men who have deceived their stockholders in the last 10 years, and defrauded them out of billions of hard-earned dollars and rupees.  You’re running a fraudulent company, and I assure you that it will not be tolerated.  People will see to it that you no longer can do this.


Even though it’s not going to matter one bit, here’s my order number.  I have it memorized after saying it so many times.LSB-473-665.   It is for a 2-ton Panasonic Split Air Conditioner(in red or gold, whichever the hell you want to send me).


I have been emailing updates for the last two days to customtakeoutercare@letsbuy.com just so I have records of each conversation and event that occurs, Hitesh, so rest assured, there is plenty of evidence against you and your employees.


For anyone needing copies of these emails, feel free to reply to this review with your email address, and I’ll be happy to send you copies of the correspondence.


Let’s come together as consumers and take back the market, because it should be ours, not Hitesh’s.
