Im extremely sorry, I mistook the model number. I have not experienced this model. The model I had was LG Fuzzy Wash WF - S6561DN. I have submitted the review for that model to the committe and am yet to hear from them.
Pros:
Washing is VERY good. Its much much better than many others that I have seen.
It is Fully Automatic, so you dont even have to stay near it (it will buzz when washing finishes)
Very easy to use functionality (mode selection, water level is automatically selected depending on the load).
Its light weight, so you can carry it yourself across rooms of your house (if need be).
It automatically controls the inflow of water, so you dont have to fill it or turn the tap off.
Cons:
Manual needs improvement in explaining certain technical aspects.
The customer service is sometimes confused. For eg. once (the first time) I wanted a service personnel to assist me in packing it as I was shifting, and called the Customer Care (helpline) and the person they directed me to was of no use and he directed me to another.
So, I moved from pillar to post 4 times and then got the person finally. But he said that I can pack it myself without any help. This could have been improved. (Ya, I could finally pack it, but not without some effort).
