NEVER EVER BUY AN LG PRODUCT - FRIDE 366DIQ

LG Service has been completely outsourced and they do not have spares. And their products fail invariably after a year!


I had a disastarous experinece this Diwali!


Even a brand new product that fails cannot be serviced by their dealers or outsourced vendors (mostly locals) or by the coompany itself.


They keep dishing out excuses faster than germs breed!


THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBEL BRAND EVER.


MY FRIDGE FAILED ON 7 DAYS AGO AND HAS STILL NOT BEEN REPAIRED.


The website does not have email or details of any official who can be contacted in any emrgency or if the service is below par. There is no way you can escalate if the complaint is not attended promptly!


Why pay for a long life product and suffer at the hands of these irresponsible blokes? STAY AWAY FROM LG!


The whole festival occassion is ruined by this one company - who has doen everything to hide behind dealers and localized service vendors.
