: Sorry for this general message but could not remember the model. I recently booked an AC from LG during their special scheme where you were getting a 1 ton AC for 11990 only. The booking was to be made through a demand draft or a cheque. They now have a scheme for a 1.5 ton AC on a similar basis
Now This review is not to tell you that there is something wrong with the Air conditioner etc etc but rather to prepare you for the customer service they provide.
Please don?t expect a timely delivery?I was told 7 days and now its my 12th!
Dishonest dealers?after I placed the order I found that if you visit a LG showroom (company owned) you get same day delivery.
Prepare to make a lot of calls?I have been calling and calling to get the status on my AC?90% of the sales team does not believe in answering their phones..the ones who do tell you to call someone from that 90%. I have called up all the delhi branches, I think people recognize me now but I still have not got any concrete information on when It will get delivered to me.
Installation charges are extra?.I’m not sure about whether they will charge any delivery charges..will find out when I get the damn thing!
Please do yourself a favour..anyone who is planning to go in for one of these schemes?go to a factory outlet..even if it is a long drive?much better to drive 40 Kms than all this red-tapism.
But at the same time I must admit that the AC is good..very very effective!
