I had purchased LG 1 ton AC Model No. LWA12G2RDE1, Unit Sr. No. 605KPHG002001 on 25-Dec-06 from MK Electronics, B / 88A, Masoodpur, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi - 110070.
Ever since I have bought it, I have been continuously faced with problems. Initially it used to make a lot of sound after installation, so we called your engineers... It was rectified. The sound again started in April 2007 & Nov 2007 and both times a complaint was lodged and it was corrected again.
The AC is again making a lot of noise, and it’s cooling is also not effective in a small 10/10 office of mine.Also, many times the compressor just does not start even after 10 minutes of switching on the machine.I have 3 more Samsung AC’s and this was the first LG AC that I purchased. The experience has been pathetic.
Can you send you qualified Service Engg to check it properly since every time the people sent by LG are absolutely Local who have hardly any knowledge about the machine and work on the AC superficially, unlike Samsung which has courteous, professional and good service engineers who come in uniform.
