No complaints about this one whatsoever!
We bought it about 3-1/2 years back. Washing capacity, programs and price - in that order - clinched the choice for us. It washes 6 kg. That’s important for us as we rarely wash more than once a week. I suspect we’ve been regularly loading it more than 6kg, but it goes on working fine.
It’s easy to use - just a few essential programs, 4 loading options, and options for hot or cold water or both. It was priced at about Rs. 15k, which was competitive at the time. I’ve had to call the service people just once, and that was for no fault of the machine. There was a power spike during a thunderstorm and the fuse blew - as it should. The service visit was done as promised. No fuss, quick, efficient.
It’s been a pleasant consumer experience so far.
