No, Dr. Wagh. Individual customers DO NOT matter to Reliance. Not in this country. At least not so far. I had a Reliance landline connection which I terminated over a year ago primarily because of bad service. I am yet to get my 'refundable' deposit of Rs. 800/- back.

This review is downright misleading! Probably because of its age - it's over a year old... It makes you think that Country Club is doing a great job, when in fact, they're so bad that you shouldn't even TALK to their salesmen, let alone take a membership!
