My account had only 5 websites, two of my family and two free hosted social service websites were sharing the cost (Already informed to Sales person).
Few days back, all of sudden manashosting billing team had stopped my account and forced to buy reseller account. Somehow we collected Rs ~19600 in need and upgraded reseller account with no choice. I am not a reseller and don’t have such business or anything.
Once I upgraded to reseller account, I had no email for account info for 7 days and than everything stopped working next day onwards and I was continuously calling Technical / Billing every 2-3 hrs and no one was giving any clue.
After 7days finally Technical team revealed Manashosting have some server down and its under recovery.
They been selling 99% up-time and reality started with 20days downtime to new account and continued.. I waited for 10 days and in mean time all my website SEO got lost, and google ranks went down to ZERO.
Had no choice to go for another hosting expense from some where else and raised REFUND request on 27th. Since then Billing team is annoying me on false statements and continuously ignoring my request.
I already lost my invested money and had no choice to move some other hosting service, but Manshosting is still not listining and not giving me any refund.
Note:- I never got chance to log into my reseller account. and Asking refund base on Non Service.
