CCAvenue is just a third party transaction helper... me too had same issue and lost my 19100 rs with no service delivered.. No refund as manashosting won't accept any defaults. Same has happened to me, I have lost all my websites and Rs 19101. They are keep ignoring my refund request which I claimed within 30 Days after 15+ days server outage.
