I booked the SX4 about 1.5 months back and still did not receive any update from the dealer. So I decided to call him today. So it was shocking to find out from him that Maruti is not producing the high end model till July end as it needs to frist get rid of the low end model that none wants to buy.
There is absolutely no communication from the dealer or the company on this which sucks, the entire process is not transparent at all. I am frustrated with this, these guys are taking loyalty for granted and are taking customers for a ride. This is the first time I have seen a company not interested in selling its high end model.
I am seriously considering cancelling my booking and move to another car( I am not sure which one though). Anybody has had a similar experience? Please let me know any suggestions would be valid.
