Had very bad experience at Maruti- true value in Pune. The manager in his 40’s was continuously barking expletives at some customers who had come back with complaints.
Though I had gone to see a car - with that experience, and after talking to those customers I came to know how the manager cheats.
The cars are with defects hidden - by painting over the original dents - car with accident records are also sold without mentioning the same
Be careful - the owner/ manager is big cheat. Could not recollect his name, but is Maharashtrian, bespectacled and was wielding a baton in front of customers. a shocker
If that is what you do to customers who have recently bought - not sure what will be after service. someone else can throw light on this
They were accusing him of using non- original parts whereas True value promises original parts always. There were other issues in car, while owner was saying " Do what you want @#$%^ - I will not change the parts"
