I used matrix sim card for travel to USA. Once credit card authorization is given they are going on swiping the card. For simcard which was not used after FEB/Mar even in May they have taken Rs25000/-. Totally they have looted about >Rs45000/-. Neither is billing available.
After several calls to their office no one is answerable. Its been 4 months of traumatic experience. I had picked the card from Bangalore International Airport Terminal.
I am frustrated and even though card is blocked I have to pay for it.I am posting this for warning fellow travelers.Going to file a consumer court complain now.
