Did you have any resolution to this? I am facing similar issue. I think this is clear cheating. Can we go to court? Mr Tushar only sends a template mail. No one in customer care does anything and then credit card amount goes on accumulating.

Your people have contacted me twice since then. But no one from service center calls. The flame comes out with sudden gust now and had a burn injury because of this. I have submitted a police FIR against your company. You can call me on 9448045410.
