I was charged Rs.6000+ for one week trip to Thailand. The representatives told us nothing about the rental or the surcharge when we bought the simcard. They cheated saying they’re running some bloody offer in postpaid connection and convinced us to buy their product.
Per minute they charged my Rs. 64 for international calls and having sent no SMS, they’ve charged me for one international and one local SMS for Rs.30. Having hardly used the SIM card, they’ve charged a BOMB when I came back to India. When I reached the customtakeouter care, the @#($@# lady spoke so damn rude and is asking me for the representative’s number from whom I got the number, as if I can go and check-in again into the international airport and find that @)#($@)$’s number. I strongly suggest you all to buy a SIM card after going to thailand.
DO NOT GO FOR MATRIX. THEY ARE REAL DAMN FRAUDS. Your trip would be a nightmare if you are going to use MATRIX simcard. Please spread this to everyone.
