When I bought the simcard in chennai airport, they said it'd just cost Rs.20 per minute for international calls. But they charged Rs. 63 per minute. DO NOT GO FOR MATRIX EVER EVER IN YOUR LIFE. Matrix billing is a super fraud. The local simcards in thailand cost only 5THB for international calls. Matrix costs 33THB for 1 minute for international calls. I suggest please do not go for matrix at any cost. They cheat and are big time losers stealing people's money.
