MIN Customer Service MAX Headache

They have good plans and but where they fail is Customer Service and to an extent where you repent..


I made a mistake of not reading the reviews on mouthshut on this company.


They donot respond to the complaints left online. You need to call them and when you call them sometimes no one picks up. They donot have a online tracking policy. The insurance agent who makes your policy disappears after you pay your first premium. If they promise to call you back then forget it.


Really horrible service. It has been more than a month that they have debited my account for a new policy (Rigthly called - Stepping stones as you need to really walk on the stones)... I have yet to see the policy they say they sent it through the agent and the agent has diappeared. No one in the customer service is ready to listen to you.


Since their customer service is bad I dont expect them to deliver on claims settlement as well.


Ha ha there is another issue... most of their policies are profit sharing i.e. they would give bonus after 3 years... Unlike LIC or HDFC there is no mention of what bonuses they had paid over the past years. You would not find it anywhere.... (the sales agent will promise you great things though)
