I use the intello option along with the Turbo wash and it does a great job. I agree with the service personell though. If there are stains like cofee or ink you need to apply the good quality washing powder (surf or Ariel both are great) on it manually and then only put your clothes in washing machi read more...

I had been to their service center in chennai and it is damn crowded (run by HCL). they are not good on time if the fixes are big.

LG too has a callcenter but all callcenters are worthless. I had the experience with LG, Max New your life, ABN amro etc.
