*I am a great fan of Mac’Ds. I just admire the way they keep-up with their product quality all time.
But it looks like they are skimping on the ketchup:*
Those days
were when **I had been a weekly visitor (at Mac’D 4 years back), and then was the time when there was abundance of ketchup at this joint. One had to press a button to spill ’more than plenty’ on the small dish. One could take as many servings of ketchup without having to ask anyone. Being a more than average consumer of ketchup, I was always delighted by it.
Now the change I could see was with each burger, a non-tearable ketchup pouch was given. And when I squeezed it, the quantity was just sufficient for filling my two bites. And opening a second pouch while eating was almost impossible with sticky hands. I even spilled it while opening. And when the initial 4 pouches that I had borrowed were over, I had to go to the busy counter to get more.
It made me wonder that it must have been a significant saving by Mac’D on ketchup by serving them in pouches. I understand it is more hygenic and cost saving than through a ketchup dispenser. But usability has seriously decreased with it.
Suggestion:
The ketchup pouch should be made more user friendly.
