I have got my money back from Vodafone now. None of the emails, sms, call conversations worked - but A WRITTEN APPLICATION WORKED. The money I deposited in January was refunded at last in April.!! Moral - WRITE TO THEM ON PAPER (old habit die hard)!

May be Mr. Ambani wanted to realize his dream ... but how effectively it is being followed by the RelInfo people can only be realized when he takes an anonymous reliance connection.
