Meesho might be selling "cheap" products but it is committing 2 huge blunders which I have fallen a victim to - customer service is non existent. There is NO way you can reach out to a normal person. It is mostly chat or automated voice response. And they close issues without resolving at all ! Secondly, they use services of scam delivery partners like Shadowfax which is another horrible service. They deliver products at their own whims or worse they never deliver it and tag person as non contactable even though the delivery partner never even tried to deliver. NEVER make a prepaird purchase from Meesho. It will take away your mental peace. Not worth it !
