Fortunately for me, I did not have such an experience! I guess their service quality is area dependent. Also, the charges are among the lowest anywhere.Very few places give 100Mbps unlimited for 1000 rs. in India

1Mbps promised and they provide 700kbps is not bad!!! What is the typical download speed and what is the main problem that you faced in terms of connection?
