Meru Cabs.from now onward should be called as "Customer Ki MARO CABS".I booked Meru Gini Cab on 1st April(not sure if they made me April Fool) for 2nd April, 06:30 PM to go to Bangalore Central Railway Station, as my parents had to catch train to Delhi.
Executive told me the rate per km and asked for Rs 50 extra because of peak traffic in the evening and I agreed to that. Executive also said that I will receive cab details 20 minutes prior to my travel. I waited till 6:15 PM today then I called Meru Cabs booking center to know the status, but they said they dont have any Cab available now. I asked for Sedan and also for any other cab, but they said "Not Available".
I asked then why I never got any SMS or call for the update that Cabs are not available, but Executive kept quiet. I had to struggle for a taxi for 30 minutes and then I decided to go by AutoRickshaw.but those pathetic Auto Drivers said BIG NO. Atlast one Auto Driver got agreed and asked for 50 Rs extra on meter charges and as I was in a hurry so I never bargained with him.
After reaching at railway station my parents started towards Platform and when I asked the Auto Driver for the bill amount, he said Rs 280, and I paid him Rs 400 because that disgusting Auto Driver was not having change more than 100, as he was aware that we are already late. Anyhow, my parents boarded the train the last second. After reaching home I called my Dad to inform that I reached home and then he told me that meter reading was Rs 215 .HAHAHAHAHAHA.Thank You Meru Cab services, you made me April Fool on 2nd April.
